最文艺的茶叶蛋
很多人的早餐都会吃茶叶蛋,我比较喜欢蛋壳裂开的,因为会比较入味。很多时候买到的茶叶蛋,都是刚刚泡进去不久,剥开后里面还是白色的,一点味道也没有。以前还在超市里买乡巴佬的茶叶蛋吃,虽然有味是有味了,但是毕竟不够天然。还是自己煮来吃吧,还能做成各种文艺调调,你看看这个。

Steps to make 最文艺的茶叶蛋

  • 1.先在电炖锅的水箱中倒入清水;
  • 2.然后把洗干净的鸡蛋放入加了凉水的炖盅内;
  • 3.选择煮粥模式,盖上盖子;
  • 4.等到炖盅内的水沸腾之后的5-8分钟,鸡蛋就熟啦;
  • 5.揭开盖子把鸡蛋捞出来放入凉水中,彻底晾凉;
  • 6.然后剥皮,取一片香菜叶子,贴在鸡蛋的表面,用一块纱布包裹起来;
  • 7.包紧,收口用线绳扎起来;
  • 8.全部鸡蛋都依次这样包好;
  • 9.在洗干净的炖盅里放入八角、桂皮、干姜、花椒、茶包、盐和酱油;
  • 10.加入水,再放入鸡蛋;
  • 11.再次选择煮粥模式,2.5个小时程序完成以后,关闭电源;
  • 12.揭开纱布,把香菜叶去掉即可。
