Steps to make 紫薯贝壳酥

  • 1.100g中筋面粉,18g玉米油,50g清水倒入盆内拌成油皮面团。
  • 2.100g中筋面粉和60g玉米油拌成油酥面团。
  • 3.揉好油皮面团和油酥面团都静置一刻钟。
  • 4.将油皮面团擀成长方形,再用将油酥面团放中间,包起来,四周捏紧。
  • 5.包好之后再擀成长方形,随后折叠成三层。
  • 6.再擀成长方形。
  • 7.用紫薯粉兑水涂抹于面皮上。
  • 8.从一头开始卷起,成圆柱,再将圆柱体切片。
  • 9.取一个切好的圆皮擀薄些包入紫薯馅。
  • 10.包成简单的饺子状,收口捏紧。如果太干可涂点蛋液。
  • 11.包好的紫薯贝壳酥胚放入烤盘中。
  • 12.进入预热好的烤箱165度30分钟。出炉了放晾凉透了。
  • 13.完成!
