Steps to make 苹果果酱(面包机做果酱)

  • 1.材料:苹果3个,白砂糖40克,土豆淀粉15克,清水适量。(玉米淀粉也可以)
  • 2.苹果削皮去葫。切成块状,放进料理机中搅碎。
  • 3.土豆淀粉加适量的清水搅拌。
  • 4.将搅拌好的苹果和清水倒进面包机中,选面包机的果酱程序。
  • 5.程序结束后的果酱,因为料理机搅拌时搅拌的不是很碎,所以做出来有少量的苹果快。但是不影响口感。
  • 6. 吃起来甜甜的酸酸的很好吃。比外面买的要好吃很多。
  • 7.加了淀粉所以看着比较粘稠。
