红肠寿司
做美食我喜欢用家中现有的食材,很少刻意为了做某个菜去购买原料。今天的这道寿司,可以说是极为简单,因为特别喜欢吃海苔,所以即使原料很少,也能吃得津津有味。

  • 红肠一根
  • 鸡蛋三个
  • 海苔数张
  • 白醋100克
  • 白糖50克
  • 少许

Steps to make 红肠寿司

  • 1.先来调制寿司醋:100克白醋,50克白糖,如果喜欢偏甜口味,可以再适度加些白糖,白糖入白醋中,搅拌溶化
  • 2.将事先做好晾凉的米粉放入白醋溶液中,搅拌均匀,米饭可以比平时的米饭稍硬一点
  • 3.三颗鸡蛋准备好
  • 4.入碗中,放少许盐,打散
  • 5.平底煎锅中放少许油,将鸡蛋摊成大薄片
  • 6.出锅晾凉后切成丝
  • 7.黄瓜一根洗净干净,红肠一根准备好
  • 8.切成均匀的条
  • 9.寿司用的紫菜准备好
  • 10.竹帘铺好,上铺一张紫菜,将米饭铺匀,收尾的部分留出空间,将黄瓜条、红肠条 、鸡蛋丝铺好,再挤上一些沙拉酱,如果不喜欢沙拉酱,可以省略
  • 11.用竹帘协助卷起来
  • 12.两条寿司卷好,放在案板上
  • 13.切成约两厘米厚的卷卷
  • 14.可以直接食用,也可以再撒些肉松或者蘸汁食用
