Steps to make 花旗参淮山竹丝鸡汤

  • 1.所有药材洗干净,红枣去核、淮山折成小块、北芪剪成段。
  • 2.竹丝鸡买的时候就已经处理干净切成块再配上少许瘦肉。
  • 3.将所有材料(除杞子之外)都放入电饭锅里。
  • 4.注入半锅清水大火开始煮沸约一小时然后转慢火一小时。
  • 5.慢火一小时之后汤基本上出味了,把锅盖打开放入杞子再大火煮沸片刻后放调味品即可熄火盛起饮用。
