    • 1.材料:黄瓜、鸡蛋、虾皮调味:少许盐、食用油
    • 2.将鸡蛋打散倒入锅中炒散至熟。
    • 3.黄瓜擦丝加少许盐控出水份。
    • 4.虾皮用温水泡洗几次,把攥干水份的黄瓜、虾皮,鸡蛋加少许盐、食用油搅拌均匀备用。
    • 5.准备几根菠菜洗净切碎加点水榨汁,用滤网滤出备用。
    • 6.面粉加入菠菜汁揉成光滑面团。
    • 7.将和好的面团切成剂子,擀成饺子皮。
    • 8.包入馅料饺子皮尾巴先捏一下,然后左右分别往里面捏,一边一下。
    • 9.最后在头部捏紧,防止露馅即可。
    • 10.特点:外形漂亮、馅料清爽。
