Steps to make 蚝油生菜

  • 1.大蒜去皮剁碎。
  • 2.生菜清洗干净备用。
  • 3.取一个小碗,加入两勺蚝油、半勺生抽、鸡精、淀粉、清水调成味汁。
  • 4.锅内烧开水加几滴油和少许盐,下生菜焯水15秒。
  • 5.焯过水的生菜盛出控水,摆盘。
  • 6.锅加底油,下蒜末小火炒香。
  • 7.再倒入调好的味汁煮沸,淋在生菜上面。
  • 8.成品图。
