Steps to make 广式莲蓉月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆,食用油,面粉,枧水,莲蓉馅,模具都准备好
  • 2.食用油,转换糖浆枧水都倒入盆里
  • 3.用手动打蛋器搅打
  • 4.打至这样的乳化状态
  • 5.筛入面粉,面粉一定要过筛
  • 6.和成面团,包上保鲜膜室温醒1个小时
  • 7.把莲蓉馅每个30克,面团20克,分好
  • 8.拿一个饼皮,用手压扁
  • 9.放上莲蓉馅,开始包
  • 10.用手推着往上走,最后收口
  • 11.滚圆,不要露馅
  • 12.在面粉里滚一下,好脱模
  • 13.放入模具,收口的那边朝外
  • 14.用力压出花型
  • 15.做好的月饼胚子,烤箱预热200度,月饼表面喷水,然后放入烤箱
  • 16.烤5分钟,定型之后,拿出来刷蛋液
  • 17.继续放烤箱里烤,再烤15分钟,出炉
  • 18.烤好的月饼等回油就可以吃了
