    • 1.原材料:牛肉,薄荷,葱,姜,蒜,朝天椒,生抽,耗油,白糖,生粉。
    • 2.牛肉放入适量的生抽、耗油、白糖和生粉拌匀。
    • 3.葱切成段,蒜切成片,姜切成丝,朝天椒切成小段。
    • 4.锅中放油,牛肉下锅大火将牛肉滑散,牛肉变色后铲出备用。
    • 5.锅中放油,放入姜和蒜炒至稍变黄。
    • 6.放入薄荷、牛肉和朝天椒翻炒均匀即可。
