蒸柠檬蛋糕
烤蛋糕有点上火,还是喜欢蒸蛋糕。清新的柠檬味搭配松软的蛋糕,是不错的味觉享受。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 低筋面粉80克
  • 白糖50克
  • 玉米油15ML
  • 柠檬汁3ML

Steps to make 蒸柠檬蛋糕

  • 1.全蛋加入白醋和柠檬汁,分次加入白糖打发。
  • 2.打发好的蛋糊,纹路不容易消失。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉后切拌均匀。注意不要打圈搅拌以免消泡。然后加入玉米油。
  • 5.托盘刷油。我用的是盛菜的碟子,简单的工具。
  • 6.倒入蛋糕糊,用力震一下震去大气泡。烧开水,上蒸笼蒸10分钟。
