    Steps to make 羊肉面

    • 1.羊肉剁成块,冷水下锅焯水,温水洗净浮沫。
    • 2.锅中放油,放入羊肉,烹入料酒、生抽、老抽,放入姜片、八角、桂皮、香叶、花椒、冰糖翻炒上色增香。
    • 3.移到高压锅中,加水、葱姜盖盖烧煮,上汽后烧15分钟,待限压阀落下后,加盐调味再烧10分钟左右。
    • 4.羊肉汤放入锅中,下面条烧熟。
    • 5.盛出面条,舀上羊肉和汤,撒上香菜,鲜美羊肉面开吃。
