在我国春节可以说是最重要的节日了,春节已经传承了千百年,其中的节日文化自是非常浓厚。春节最能体现我国的饮食文化了,每个地方都有自己的特色,而在我国北方地区有春节吃春卷的习俗。吃春卷也挺讲究的,将菜包起来,从头吃到尾,叫“有头有尾”,取吉利的意思。吃春卷时,全家围坐一起,把烙好的春饼放在蒸锅里,随吃随拿,为的是吃个热乎劲儿。今天正好立春,也是春节假期的最后一天,做上一些春卷庆祝春天的到来。

  • 豆腐皮1块

  • 生抽1茶匙
  • 淀粉2g
  • 料酒1勺
  • 花生油1勺

Steps to make 【烟台】春卷

  • 1.将胡萝卜和青椒切成细丝儿,豆芽洗净去根须,豆腐皮切细丝,放入沸水中焯一下水。
  • 2.猪肉切成细丝,加入料酒生抽和少许花生油腌制五分钟。
  • 3.热锅凉油放入一大匙花生油,下入猪肉丝煸炒。猪肉丝变色以后盛出来备用。
  • 4.炒肉丝的底油留在锅里,放入少许葱花爆锅,放入胡萝卜翻炒,待胡萝卜丝变软以后放入豆芽。
  • 5.放入青椒大火翻炒一分钟,放入炒好的猪肉丝,调入盐和少许生抽快速翻炒均匀。盛出来备用。
  • 6.蒸好的春卷皮取出来,将叠在一起的两片春卷皮撕开。
  • 7.中间放入炒好的菜,卷起来,即可食用。
  • 8.春卷皮越薄,吃起来口感越好。
