  • 砂糖15克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 花生酱香小吐司

  • 1.将除黄油外的先液体后面粉,最后酵母的顺序加入面包桶,开始揉面
  • 2.一个揉面程序后,加入黄油继续揉面
  • 3.揉至完全扩展阶段
  • 4.收圆放在盆中,盖上保鲜膜,基本发酵至两倍大
  • 5.将面团排气揉好,分成2等份,松弛15分钟
  • 6.面团擀薄皮,抹一层花生酱
  • 7.沿长边卷起了
  • 8.竖着切一刀
  • 9.两半扭起来,盘起,接头放在底部
  • 10.两个依次做好,放在吐司盒,二次发酵
  • 11.发好后刷一层鸡蛋液,放预热的烤箱,上下火160度30分钟
  • 12.烤好立刻脱模
  • 13.放大看下,组织很不错哦
