Steps to make 自制花生糖

  • 1.花生 白芝麻 麦芽糖 白糖
  • 2.花生炒熟,注意火候,不要炒糊掉了
  • 3.去掉外皮,最好掰成两半
  • 4.锅里放少许的油
  • 5.放入白糖慢慢翻炒,火开到最小,要有耐心的炒
  • 6.把糖炒化,炒出糖色
  • 7.炒出糖色后把麦芽糖入进去继续翻炒(怎样判断糖炒好,有一个小窍门,用筷子挑起一点糖放进凉水里冷却后放进嘴里能咬得动并且口感很脆时就说明糖基本可以了。)
  • 8.糖浆炒好后,把处理好的花生放进锅里迅速搅拌均匀
  • 9.倒入模具中,撒上一些芝麻用擀面杖快速的擀平
  • 10.稍稍冷却后,反扣出来
  • 11.用刀切成块,最后完全冷却后就可以吃啦。
