  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.制作方法:容器中加入牛奶【清水】50克,玉米油50克,白糖120克,搅拌糖油乳化。
  • 3.四个鸡蛋,蛋黄和蛋清分离。蛋黄放入容器中,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入糯米粉100克,低粉60克,泡打粉3克,蛋糕油10克,翻拌均匀。
  • 5.四个蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁,高速打发,直立尖角即可。
  • 6.取三分之一蛋白加入,上下翻拌均匀。
  • 7.剩下的蛋白加入容器中,上下翻拌均匀,细腻面糊即可。
  • 8.一次性纸杯,面糊加入八分满,烤箱提前预热,上下火180/170烘焙15分钟。
