凤梨酥,皮闻来有自然奶香味,吃来酥松适中入口即化,内馅则有天然菠萝果香、酸甜适中且带Q感。

  • 糖粉50克
  • 鸡蛋20克
  • 低筋面粉80克
  • 奶粉25克
  • 馅料250克

  • 1.黄油切块后软化,加入糖粉打发。
  • 2.再分两次加入鸡蛋液打发
  • 3.加入面粉和奶粉
  • 4.拌匀,揉成一个面团,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱稍冷藏一会儿
  • 5.根据模具的大小,取其中一份面皮擀圆,包入馅料
  • 6.收口,将面团放入模具中,按压填满模具
  • 7.放入烤盘,烤箱180度预热,上下火,中层,20分钟左右。上色即可。
