火龙果粉春饼
立春以来万物复苏,食用一些春季时令蔬菜韮菜炒豆芽鸡蛋,自制一款薄如蝉翼,既养眼又柔软的火龙果粉春饼来卷食蔬菜不仅可以增进食欲,又为惬意生活带来喜悦之情。

Steps to make 火龙果粉春饼

  • 1.将所有材料和成软硬适度且光滑的面团。
  • 2.将面团分成20个均匀的小面剂。
  • 3.用适量的面粉,加入适量的热油搅拌好油酥。
  • 4.先将小剂子按开扁擀成圆型面皮,面皮与面皮之间需均匀刷上油酥重叠在一起,这是10个小剂子。
  • 5.将饼坯先用手轻轻按压,再用擀面杖轻轻往四周边缘擀薄即可。
  • 6.锅中水烧开,将饼坯放在油纸上,蒸10分钟(蒸了2锅/每锅10张)。
  • 7.从锅中取出饼坯,取1个盘子扣在饼坯上切去不规则四周成圆形,再逐张分离开单饼,并折叠成造型,粉色象征春天,迎新春姑娘款款而来。
  • 8.颜色非常漂亮(昨天网购了半斤火龙果粉),今天立马做了火龙果粉春饼,随意将春饼做了个花朵非常漂亮。
  • 9.炒了一锅鸡蛋韮菜炒豆芽。
  • 10.一张粉色的春饼,放入适量的鸡蛋韮菜炒豆芽菜。
  • 11.将春饼周边收拢,系个海带丝(正好我泡了海带刚煮好),漂亮的春饼创意成花朵来食用,诗一般的生活好惬意啊。
