Steps to make 毛血旺

  • 1.毛肚切大片,雪花牛肉切大片,牛血切厚片,虾挑虾线去头,豆芽娃娃菜洗干净,葱花、蒜泥、干辣椒圈、青花椒放在一个碗里。准备好火锅底料和豆瓣酱。
  • 2.火锅底料+豆瓣酱,爆香。
  • 3.加适量清水煮开。
  • 4.除了毛肚和牛肉以外的食材全部放入锅里煮熟(牛血,虾,娃娃菜可以先放,然后再放豆芽,豆芽煮太久不好吃)然后捞出备用。
  • 5.加入毛肚煮熟捞出大盘里,这里大概是一分钟这样子。
  • 6.最后下牛肉煮熟,也是大概1分钟。
  • 7.食材依次放在盘里。
  • 8.汤汁倒在盘里,放上泼油材料。
  • 9.热油至冒烟。
  • 10.淋在泼油材料上。
  • 11.摆上香菜。
  • 12.毛肚脆脆的。
  • 13.牛血嫩滑。
  • 14.雪花牛肉齿颊留香。
  • 15.毛肚切丝的口感也不错的。
