这款菠菜腊肠汤圆是自己创新的,因为每年都做的是甜汤圆,今年想换换口味,做的蔬菜咸的汤圆,即把过年做多的腊肠消化了又把元宵节的汤圆做的,真是好吃又美味!

汤圆营养丰富,其主要成分糯米粉就含有脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、铁、核黄素、尼克酸等营养元素。同时它的常规馅主要以果料和干果为主,包括芝麻、核桃、花生,再加上植物油,营养价值就“更上层楼”。因此,中医历来将汤圆视为可补虚、调血、健脾、开胃之物,现代营养学家也非常推崇汤圆的保健功能。

    • 1.把菠菜洗净,沥干水分,去掉菠菜杆,把菠菜叶子切碎
    • 2.加少许水,放进料理机里打碎
    • 3.把腊肠蒸熟,切碎
    • 4.用菠菜汁和糯米粉
    • 5.一起和成光滑的面团
    • 6.用手揪一块搓圆压扁,加腊肠馅
    • 7.再封口搓圆即成汤圆
    • 8.煮锅烧开水,下汤圆
    • 9.大火烧开,汤圆都飘起来膨大即可
