Steps to make 奶牛纹蓝莓蛋糕卷

  • 1.原料。
  • 2.玉米油加牛奶,搅拌至乳化。
  • 3.玉米油牛奶乳化液,加20克细砂糖、蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.拌匀。
  • 6.蛋清加柠檬汁,分三次加剩下的细砂糖,打至大弯勾,湿性发泡的状态。
  • 7.取3分之1蛋清,放入蛋黄糊里,抄底翻拌均匀。
  • 8.拌好的面糊倒入剩下的蛋清盆中,翻拌均匀。
  • 9.取少量蛋糕糊,加可可粉,拌匀。
  • 10.烤盘铺学厨不粘油布,用勺子舀可可面糊,烤箱预热185°,中层上下火烤3分钟,烤至可可蛋糕糊表面凝固即可取出。可可面糊不用太厚,薄薄一层即可。
  • 11.倒入原色蛋糕糊,抹平,轻震几下,烤箱预热185°,中层上下火烤13分钟左右。
  • 12.蛋糕烤好后马上取出,倒扣在烤网上,马上撕去油布,盖油纸保湿晾凉。
  • 13.蛋糕翻面,抹一层蓝莓果酱,借助油纸卷紧,冷藏放置半小时。
  • 14.去掉油纸即可切块食用。
