  • 4.换一面,煎至偏黄。
  • 5.加入少许生抽。
  • 6.另取锅,加入大蒜生姜。
  • 7.放入鲈鱼。
  • 8.加入二勺豆瓣酱。
  • 9.加入适量清水,大火烧开转中小火烧20分钟。
  • 10.加入少许盐,大火收汁即可。
  • 11.装盘,今晚晚餐。
