话说,开始烘焙也着实有段日子了,但是一般新手都会尝试去做的玛格丽特小饼干,我却是一次都没有做过,想想原因,或许只是因为哪一个熟蛋黄。。。

昨儿中午在家,煮了两个鸡蛋当午餐,这不,熟蛋黄有了,就剥出来一个留下来了,打算做上一次这玛格丽特小饼干。

材料:

低筋面粉40g,玉米淀粉40g,黄油40g,熟蛋黄1个,细砂糖25g,盐0.5g,酒渍蔓越莓15g

Steps to make 【蔓越莓玛格丽特】

  • 1. 黄油隔水融化成液态
  • 2.加入细砂糖
  • 3.加盐
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.熟蛋黄过筛加入黄油中
  • 6.拌匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉的混合物
  • 8.揉匀
  • 9.酒渍蔓越莓捏干后切碎
  • 10.加入面团中
  • 11.揉匀;将揉好的面团盖保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏约1小时
  • 12.将面团分成约7g/个的小剂子,搓圆后摆放入烤盘
  • 13.用拇指肚在小面团中间按出一个凹坑,使四周自然裂开
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱中层,170度烘烤约25分钟
  • 15.出炉晾凉后密封保存
