牛肉与咖喱真是绝配---牛肉咖喱饭
小火慢炖的牛肉酥烂入味,加上绵软的土豆结合着咖喱的香辛,这是继上次咖喱鸡肉饭之后能再次让女儿吃到碗盘光光的一餐,看到小人肚子滚圆大呼过瘾的同时,让当娘的欢欣鼓舞也心中大喜,这饭太容易做了,让我省心又省力又能博得大家的欢心真是太好了。

    Steps to make 牛肉与咖喱真是绝配---牛肉咖喱饭

    • 1.牛腩洗净开水氽烫煮约5分钟,取出后冲洗干净。
    • 2.将冰箱内冷冻的老卤水放入锅中溶化,如没有就加入适量清水放入香叶、八角、小茴香、葱姜、生抽、老抽、煮开。
    • 3.放入牛肉大火烧开10分钟后转小火慢炖,加盐调味。
    • 4.约1-1.5小时炖到肉熟,用筷子扎一下,能顺利穿过即可。
    • 5.将胡萝卜土豆切花,洋葱,黄瓜,香菇,牛肉切丁。
    • 6.将切好的胡萝卜土豆入油锅中炸熟,捞出备用。
    • 7.炒锅中加适量油,油热后先炒香洋葱。
    • 8.再加入牛腩及牛腩汤略煮。
    • 9.加入香菇丁及咖喱块。
    • 10.待咖喱块完全溶化汤汁浓稠后再倒入黄瓜丁略炒。
    • 11.倒入胡萝卜土豆花拌匀出锅。
    • 12.米饭盛盘,周边围上咖啡牛肉即可。
