  • 低粉(面团原料)20克
  • 糖(面团原料)30克
  • 盐(面团原料)2克
  • 酵母粉(面团原料)3克
  • 鸡蛋(留少许刷表面)(面团原料)1个
  • 牛奶(面团原料)50克
  • 淡奶油(面团原料)60克
  • 黄油(面团原料)30克

Steps to make 牛油砂糖面包

  • 1.后油法将面团原料揉至扩展阶段后室温下发酵至2--2.5倍。
  • 2.排气后等分成10份,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松驰15分钟。
  • 3.擀成小圆饼,摆在烤盘内放温暖湿润处进行二次发酵。
  • 4.黄油切小粒。
  • 5.发酵好的面团表面刷上蛋液,用手指摁几个小洞,放上黄油粒,然后在表面撒上白砂糖。
  • 6.烤箱预热,210度10分钟即可。
