椰汁马蹄千层糕

Steps to make 椰汁马蹄千层糕

  • 1.取150克马蹄粉加入300ml清水,搅拌均匀,然后过滤的到生浆。
  • 2.将150克黄片糖/红糖,加入到350ml水中煮至糖化。
  • 3.待糖化后,关火,取一勺做法①的生浆。慢慢倒入糖水中,边倒边搅拌,最后将剩余的生浆全部倒入,搅拌均匀得到黄色粉浆。
  • 4.取100克马蹄粉,加入400ml椰浆,150ml牛奶,50克炼奶,搅拌均匀得到白色粉浆。
  • 5.蒸锅倒入多一些水,放入蒸盘,水沸后,先取黄色粉浆倒入蒸盘,盖上盖子蒸至透明,待黄色粉浆凝固后,再倒入一层白色粉浆,蒸至凝固,以此类推,一层黄色粉浆一层白色粉浆。
  • 6.蒸好后,晾凉,脱模切块。
