  • 1.排骨洗净剁成小块。
  • 2.中等南瓜一个。
  • 3.准备姜和蒜。
  • 4.准备盐、糖、胡椒粉、生抽、生粉、米酒、蠔油。
  • 5.姜片和蒜切碎备用。
  • 6.排骨放入开水中飞水备用。
  • 7.将排骨和所有调料放入盆中。
  • 8.将排骨和调料拌匀腌制1小时。
  • 9.南瓜从顶部开个口。
  • 10.将里面的瓜囊用勺子挖干净。
  • 11.用锡纸将南瓜底部包起来盖上盖子放进烤箱250度烤10分钟。
  • 12.将姜片和碎末加入腌好排骨中。
  • 13.把排骨和姜蒜拌匀马上就可以用了。
  • 14.将烤了10分钟的南瓜拿出。
  • 15.将腌制好的排骨放入盅内。
  • 16.盖上盖子放入烤箱250度再烤40分钟。
  • 17.40分钟后就可以出锅了。
