Steps to make 南瓜小面包

  • 1.南瓜切块入锅蒸熟。
  • 2.南瓜泥,面包粉,酵母粉,白糖拌成光滑面团,后面加入黄油继续搅拌均匀。
  • 3.发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.将面团分割成60克/个,分别滚圆,盖上湿布松弛20分钟。
  • 5.取一份面团,揉均匀,依次放入烤盘。
  • 6.表面撒一层面粉。
  • 7.以温度30度,湿度75%,发酵50分钟,放入烤箱,底部放一碗开水。
  • 8.放入42升的格兰仕烤箱,以上火200度,下火180度烘烤20分钟即可,每家烤箱的品牌大小不一样,所设置的温度和时间也不一样 。
