Steps to make 盐焗鸡

  • 1.三黄鸡洗净去掉屁股那块肉,并将两脚的骨头用刀背剁断;
  • 2. 将盐焗粉和姜片倒入;
  • 3. 带上一次性手套帮助其按摩;
  • 4. 并用叉子扎些小洞放入入味, 放入冰箱冷藏一夜;
  • 5. 将腌制的葱姜放入鸡肚中, 并将鸡爪也塞入其中;
  • 6. 将大量的姜片平铺在电饭煲锅底;
  • 7. 将腌制好的放在上面;
  • 8. 按下电压力锅的煲仔饭键;
  • 9. 电饭煲工作完毕后,就可以直接打开,拿出来装盘了。
