全麦杏仁奶油夹心饼干

Steps to make 全麦杏仁奶油夹心饼干

  • 1.黄油在室温下软化,加入糖粉。
  • 2.打发至蓬松颜色略显发白。
  • 3.鸡蛋预先打发成鸡蛋液,然后分三次或者四次依次如直线淋入到打发的黄油中。
  • 4.继续快速打发,打至黄油光滑细腻变成2倍大,颜色发白。
  • 5.过筛全麦粉,低粉,泡打粉和盐到(4)中,简单的搅拌几下。
  • 6.加入杏仁粉和杏仁片到(5)中,把所有原材料都搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把面团装入到保鲜袋里。冷藏一个小时(我冷藏了三个小时)。
  • 8.手上沾些干粉,把面团搓成一个个圆形面团。
  • 9.上面用叉子压一下,压出纹路。
  • 10.烤箱预热180烘烤25分钟(后面稍微闷三分钟)。
  • 11.一个饼干的反面涂上果酱。另一个饼干反面涂上奶油馅,最后把两个合起来即可。
  • 12.奶油 馅的做法室温下软化黄油。
  • 13.加入糖粉用橡皮刀半合均匀。
  • 14.用电动打蛋器打发至光滑细腻蓬松状,接着分2次淋入柠檬汁。
  • 15.继续快速打成光滑细腻状,即成柠檬汁奶油馅。
