【饼饼沾酱吃】麦香胡萝卜玉米饼
《黄帝内经》里讲:“五谷为养,五果为助,五畜为益,五菜为充。”意思就是谷物(主食)是人们赖以生存的根本,而水果、蔬菜和肉类等等都是作为主食的辅助、补益和补充。在古代中医看来,一日三餐中不可缺少的就是各种谷物,也是对人体最为滋养的。五谷被看做各种食物中最重要的一部分,因此在每顿饭中,中医认为应当多吃主食。

其实,主食也可以变出很多花样来,比如可以将新鲜的蔬果与面食搭配,做成饼或包子等,只是改变了食物的呈现方式,粗粮的口感便会变得美味与细腻,从而达到粗粮细食的目的。

Steps to make 【饼饼沾酱吃】麦香胡萝卜玉米饼

  • 1.原料图:紫苏叶
  • 2.原料:鲜玉米、胡萝卜、面片、面粉、玉米粉
  • 3.胡萝卜去皮擦成长细丝,玉米剥粒,两者同置于不锈钢盘中,备用;
  • 4.将面粉与玉米粉混合过筛,加入胡萝卜玉米粒盘中,并打入鸡蛋,备用;
  • 5.加入适量清水,并搅拌成糊状,备用;
  • 6.平底锅烧热,抹少许油,然后将面糊倒进锅里,煎至两面金黄至熟,装盘;(我习惯了用电高压锅,用平底锅一次可以煎多些)
  • 7.新鲜紫苏叶洗净剁碎,蒜头剁成蒜蓉,另取锅加入适量油,烧热,倒入少许生抽与陈醋,再将紫苏蒜蓉加进去,烧开,即成了紫苏蒜蓉酱,是饼饼的好伴侣哦。
