脆爽白萝卜

Steps to make 脆爽白萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜洗净不用去皮。
  • 2.萝卜切竖一分为二,多后切4刀连片,第5刀切下来为一组。
  • 3.撒上精盐。
  • 4.反复翻动杀出水份。
  • 5.杀出一盘萝卜水(去辣)。
  • 6.桅子取5个泡水(可放也可不放)。
  • 7.泡出黄色天然桅子水。
  • 8.倒入盆中。
  • 9.反复翻动,使其均匀着黄色,然后倒出桅子水。
  • 10.切好葱姜片,小青椒、小红椒粒。
  • 11.放入姜蒜片,小青、红椒粒。
  • 12.加入生抽、老抽、香醋、1勺白糖,少许鸡精。
  • 13.锅中烧热油,泼在上面拌匀腌制入味既可。
  • 14.腌好的脆爽萝卜,整理装盘,脆脆爽爽、多重口味、非常好吃(2个小时就可以吃)。
  • 15.撒点熟白芝麻,倒入点汤汁,一盘白萝卜晚上一顿都品尝了。
