法式迷迭香烤小羊排
作为吃货的我,双十一的购物清单基本都是食品!昨晚顺丰快递小哥送来的小羊排,今天就迫不及待地做了法式迷迭香小羊排!

Details of ingredients

  • 小羊排4个
  • 小番茄6个
  • 洋葱小半个
  • 黄油8克
  • 干迷迭香少许
  • 新鲜迷迭香3棵
  • 蒜盐少许
  • 黑胡椒碎少许
  • 清酒少许
  • 蒜瓣2个
  • 意大利黑醋2勺
  • 黄芥末酱2勺

Steps to make 法式迷迭香烤小羊排

  • 1.小羊排用水浸泡出血水后捞出,用厨房纸巾吸干水份
  • 2.加入蒜盐或者海盐、黑胡椒碎、干迷迭香、一点清酒(一般用葡萄酒)、橄榄油腌制半小时以上
  • 3.盆里放入适量面包糠、蒜蓉、新鲜迷迭香、干迷迭香用橄榄油拌匀
  • 4.锅加热后,放入腌制好的小羊排,我是先把肥的部分煎一下,会煎出来点羊油,我还加了点黄油
  • 5.接着双面都煎一下,各煎1分钟左右
  • 6.接着把煎过的小羊排先刷上一层黄芥末酱
  • 7.然后裹上提前拌匀蒜蓉迷迭香面包糠
  • 8.把小羊排放在烤盘里,烤箱预热好200度烤5分钟
  • 9.把配菜也放入刚才煎羊排剩下的油锅里煎一下,可以撒上点盐和黑胡椒碎
  • 10.把配菜垫底,烤好的小羊排摆盘后,用意大利黑醋和橄榄油拌匀淋在上面
  • 11.切下一片,好吃
