  • 淡奶油200g
  • 黄油15克
  • 威士忌1汤池(或半瓶盖)
  • 可可粉若干

Steps to make 松露巧克力

  • 1.材料大集合来一张。
  • 2.将巧克力切碎待用。
  • 3.淡奶油加热至沸腾立即起锅。
  • 4.将热淡奶油倒入巧克力碎,静置2分钟。
  • 5.加入黄油搅拌。
  • 6.加入威士忌搅拌。
  • 7.搅拌后放入冰箱冷却待凝固几小时,天冷的话室温等待冷却也行。
  • 8.巧克力凝固后用汤勺挖半勺整形(当然巧克力颗粒大小与勺子大小有关,请自行斟酌用量)。
  • 9.将巧克力整形后放入可可粉中,让巧克力均匀包裹上可可粉。
  • 10.成型后放入冰箱低温保存、取用。
