  • 1.原料如图。
  • 2.腊肠切薄片,芹菜去筋切小丁,洋葱切丁。
  • 3.锅子烧热,放入适量沙拉酱。
  • 4.随着加热,沙拉酱会一点点化开,用铲子微微搅动,让其融化均匀。
  • 5.沙拉酱基本化开后,放入洋葱丁爆香。
  • 6.洋葱炒香后,放入腊肠片炒至透明。
  • 7.放入芹菜丁翻炒均匀。
  • 8.放入米饭翻炒均匀。
  • 9.炒至米粒颗颗分明,米粒在锅里跳动。
  • 10.将蛋液倒在米饭上翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入适量盐调味即可。
