Steps to make 咖喱牛腩

  • 1.牛腩切块,焯水煮一会,冲洗掉脏末,洗净控水备用。
  • 2.配料,椰浆可以换成牛奶,但是牛奶没有椰浆那种清爽的椰子味。
  • 3.洋葱半个,和蒜籽八粒切碎。
  • 4.土豆切块洗净控水备用,土豆小点的两个。
  • 5.少许橄榄油(或者其他油,只要不是猪油),小火爆香洋葱蒜籽,两茶匙咖喱粉。
  • 6.加入牛腩和三分之一土豆,煸炒一会到全部上色。
  • 7.兑椰浆和少许水,淹没食材就好,炖到牛肉软烂,放入剩下的土豆,调入盐。继续炖到土豆软。
  • 8.土豆不要炖太久,太久全糊了,喜欢太软的就炖软,最后调入高汤精少许,出锅即可。
  • 9.牛腩其实不需要炖太久,太久就会失去椰奶的清香。要是喜欢很软烂的牛肉,就先用水炖一会牛肉,稍微烂的时候再放椰奶。
