  • 胡萝卜2颗

  • 海天豆瓣酱2勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 干辣椒3颗
  • 花椒少量
  • 八角1颗
  • 香叶1片
  • 陈皮1小块
  • 1勺
  • 白糖2勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 山楂干2片

Steps to make 萝卜炖牛肉

  • 1.牛肉切块,浸泡2小时,泡出血水后。再冷水下锅,焯出血沫,捞出备用。
  • 2.准备葱姜蒜,白萝卜胡萝卜切块。
  • 3.起锅烧油,放牛肉,葱姜蒜翻炒片刻。
  • 4.然后放2勺海天豆瓣酱,生抽,老抽。翻炒均匀。
  • 5.然后加水,多加一些。大概末过牛肉10cm的水量,然后放其他调料,盖盖儿炖。
  • 6.因为时间来不及,我没有用铁锅慢慢炖,直接把肉带汤倒入高压锅压了,上汽儿后压20分钟。
  • 7.然后等高压锅排气后。将食物放进铁锅继续开火炖煮。
  • 8.开火后,把白萝卜胡萝卜放进锅里,在加一勺盐。
  • 9.简单翻拌一下。如果水不够可以再放一些水,大概水位末过萝卜一半的位置就可以了。
  • 10.再炖到萝卜颜色偏透明,就可以出锅了。
