Steps to make 香酥蛋卷

  • 1.准备上图食材:低筋面粉100克、鸡蛋两个、玉米油60克、熟芝麻5克、细砂糖60克、牛奶240克(我做的多食材就翻倍了)。
  • 2.将牛奶倒入大碗中加入细砂糖搅拌。
  • 3.细砂糖全部融化。
  • 4.倒入玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.边筛边搅拌均匀,以免成旮旯。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散加入搅拌好的面糊里继续搅拌均匀。
  • 8.搅拌成浓稠的糊状,顺滑无颗粒就可以啦!
  • 9.最后加入芝麻搅拌均匀即可(芝麻可以根据自己的口味添加可多可少)。
  • 10.蛋卷机加热倒入面糊,盖上盖子,绿灯亮起就可以打开盖子了。
  • 11.颜色微光就可以卷啦!
  • 12.用筷子从一端卷起。
  • 13.放在晾凉网上凉透就可以啦!
