五彩孜然烤肉披萨

Steps to make 五彩孜然烤肉披萨

  • 1.紫薯微波炉或蒸锅蒸熟晾置温热,少许温水化开干酵母加黄油和紫薯面团,放置温暖的地方醒发。
  • 2.接着将鲜肉切片放入孜然、黑胡椒、盐腌制20分钟。将腌制入味的鲜肉包保鲜膜放入微波炉,高火3分钟,倒出碗底的水分,翻拌碗里的肉,接着高火3分钟(如果水分多可以多加2分钟)。等烤肉的同时彩椒切丁、各种形状,洋葱芝士
  • 3.平底锅出场,锅底抹一层黄油,将醒发好的面团,擀稍大于锅底的饼皮,放入锅中,用叉子扎眼。
