Steps to make 肠仔包

  • 1.中种面团和一起,放冰箱冷藏一宿。
  • 2.主面团除黄油外放入厨师机面桶,中种面团剪成小块放面桶中,低速3分钟,再中速5分钟。
  • 3.放入软化的黄油块,低速3分钟,再高速8分钟左右。
  • 4.出膜,盖保鲜膜室温放置一会。
  • 5.分成小剂子,揉圆。
  • 6.擀成椭圆形,放入香肠按一下。
  • 7.再放入烤箱发酵90分钟,拿出,抹层蛋液,再抹一层油。
  • 8.撒上香葱,黑芝麻,再挤上蕃茄酱。
  • 9.烤箱180℃中层烤20分钟左右。
  • 10.拿出。
  • 11.成品。
  • 12.好吃。
