  • 4.切成大小一样的剂子,按扁
  • 5.包入豆沙馅料,收口收紧
  • 6.整形
  • 7.用牙签在面团压成均匀8份痕迹,再用牙签按压成南瓜形状 ,
  • 8.留了一小块荞麦面团瓜蒂
  • 9.做好的小南瓜
  • 10.醒发20分钟,垫上玉米叶子,凉水上锅大火蒸,开锅13分钟左右停火,3分钟左右即可开锅。
