Steps to make 无油低糖芝麻酱戚风蛋糕

  • 1.用料:鸡蛋2个,自制芝麻酱32g,牛奶60g,低粉42g,盐一小撮,糖霜25g,柠檬汁5滴,芝麻少许。
  • 2.芝麻酱加牛奶冲开搅匀。
  • 3.筛入低粉Z字搅拌至没有干粉即可。
  • 4.蛋黄直接打入面糊。
  • 5.加盐,Z字搅到顺滑。
  • 6.蛋白加柠檬汁,分三次加糖打发。
  • 7.能拉出偏硬的弯钩。
  • 8.三分之一蛋白倒入蛋黄糊中翻拌。
  • 9.再倒回蛋白盆中。
  • 10.翻拌均匀。
  • 11.倒入六寸圆模,震平表面,撒少许芝麻。
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱,中下层,上下火155度烤约40分钟。
  • 13.出炉后立即倒扣晾凉。
  • 14.翻面。
  • 15.脱模,切块。
