Steps to make 溜肉段

  • 1.里脊肉切成小段
  • 2.加入两勺料酒,1勺生抽搅拌均匀,腌制一会儿

  • 4.胡萝卜切片
  • 5.尖椒切片
  • 6.葱姜蒜切碎
  • 7.小碗里放入两勺生抽,两勺 醋,一勺糖,两勺料酒,适量盐,两勺淀粉,适量清水,调匀
  • 8.锅中放入适量植物油,放入胡萝卜炒至断生,盛出待用
  • 9.锅中放入适量植物油,油热,放入肉段,炸至金黄色捞出(我放的油不多,所以每次放几个,分次炸完)
  • 10.全部炸完再放入锅中复炸一次
  • 11.捞出控油备用
  • 12.锅中油倒出,留有适量底油,爆香葱姜蒜
  • 13.放入胡萝卜尖椒翻炒
  • 14.放入肉段
  • 15.紧接着放入调料汁
  • 16.大火烧开翻炒均匀关火
  • 17.成品
