乳清是在奶酪生产过程中,牛奶凝结成凝乳块后分离出的呈绿色的、半透明的液体。
自制酸奶的发酵过程也会析出乳清。
乳清是必需氨基酸的绝佳来源,并能提供丰富的维生素和矿物质,特别是高利用率的钙质,但脂肪和胆固醇含量却极低。

  • 1.自制的酸奶,上边的那层膜是奶油,奶油下面的液体就是乳清,乳清下才是凝固的酸奶。
  • 2.把乳清倒杯子里,不做奶油奶酪的话,奶油一起到杯子里。
  • 3.放入养乐多。
  • 4.取蜂蜜。
  • 5.放蜂蜜。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.成品。
