Steps to make 泡菜滑肉片

  • 1.泡青菜切成小丁状,其余泡姜泡椒也改刀切小块备用
  • 2.热锅热油,放入泡青菜泡椒泡姜,炒出香味(油略微多一点即可)
  • 3.炒出泡菜的香味后,加入适量水,大火烧开
  • 4.改成中火,烧五分钟,充分把泡菜的味道煮出味,这样,汤汁才会酸辣可口
  • 5.放入木耳
  • 6.木耳煮开后,慢慢滑入肉片(里脊肉片用淀粉腌制一会,充分抓匀备用)
  • 7.把肉片全部滑入,轻轻拨动肉片
  • 8.肉片基本熟后,放入泡发好得粉条,和新鲜的青菜,煮三分钟即可(粉条提前用热水泡好备用)
  • 9.泡菜滑肉片就做好了,肉片滑嫩,蔬菜入味,汤汁酸辣可口
