Steps to make 三色水晶冻

  • 1.材料
  • 2.火龙果去皮榨汁,滤掉籽,加些白砂糖搅溶
  • 3.奶锅加1000ml水烧开,慢慢加入白凉粉搅拌均匀
  • 4.搅至再次沸腾
  • 5.先倒1/3与盒中火龙果汁混合,再倒1/3出来晾凉,剩下的1/3加入椰浆、白砂糖,重新煮滚,倒入盒中晾凉。三盒水晶冻放凉后拿到冰箱冷藏
  • 6.凝固后从冰箱拿出,切块即可食用
