Steps to make 香煎牛仔骨

  • 1.牛仔骨化冻,用厨房纸巾吸干表面水分。
  • 2.放生抽、盐、黑胡椒、玉米淀粉、料酒,抓匀,腌制最少半小时。
  • 3.煎锅放黄油。
  • 4.放牛仔骨大火煎,两面各煎2分钟即可。
  • 5.牛仔骨盛出,放蒜片,油菜,胡萝卜,一点点盐。
  • 6.摆盘,牛仔骨洒黑胡椒,旁边放蔬菜即可享用。
