江南早点——粢饭团
粢饭团是江南地区的传统早点,俗称叫做糯米包油条。在港澳台地区也较为常见,只是名称不同,叫做台湾饭团。话说,粢饭团也是我学生时代的回忆,自制一份粢饭团,缅怀那个曾经青春年少的自己!

    Steps to make 江南早点——粢饭团

    • 1.油炸花生米适量,放在保鲜袋里,用擀面杖碾碎。
    • 2.熟黑芝麻适量。
    • 3.肉松适量。
    • 4.辣萝卜、榨菜、老坛酸菜,适量。
    • 5.油条一根,早点摊买的。
    • 6.糯米蒸熟后,搅散开来。
    • 7.开始做粢饭团:竹帘卷铺开,上面铺上一张保鲜膜。
    • 8.在保鲜膜上撒上适量的黑芝麻。
    • 9.铺上一层糯米饭,带上一次性手套,将糯米饭稍微摁实一点,并且将糯米饭整形成四方形,这样比较好卷。
    • 10.均匀的涂抹上一层番茄酱。
    • 11.撒上一层黑芝麻。
    • 12.撒上一层花生米碎。
    • 13.撒上一层肉松。
    • 14.加入其他的材料:辣萝卜、榨菜、老坛酸菜。
    • 15.加入长度适合的油条。
    • 16.可以将粢饭团卷起来了,卷得紧实一点。
    • 17.收口:卷好的粢饭团,两头是开口的,把开口收起来。糯米是有黏性的,用手稍微揉捏就黏合收口了。
    • 18.做好的粢饭团。
    • 19.切开看看吧!
