  • 1.准备所有食材
  • 2.蛋黄与蛋白分开,蛋黄中加入盐
  • 3.加入10克白砂糖搅拌融化
  • 4.加入玉米油搅拌融合
  • 5.加入爱媛果汁搅拌融合
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉
  • 7.混合均匀备用
  • 8.蛋白分三次加入白砂糖打发
  • 9.打发至硬性发泡,如图有小尖尖即可
  • 10.把三分之一蛋白加入蛋黄中翻拌均匀
  • 11.在吧蛋糊倒入剩余的蛋白中翻拌均匀
  • 12.倒入八寸模具中轻轻震几下镇出气泡
  • 13.放入预热烤箱中下层,上下115度烤60分钟
  • 14.取出倒扣晾冷后脱模,成品
