Steps to make 自制蛋黄肉松青团

  • 1.准备好食材;
  • 2.咸蛋黄压碎;
  • 3.蛋黄内加入肉松和沙拉酱搅拌;
  • 4.馅料就做好了;
  • 5.菠菜洗净,水烧开加入1小勺盐,放入菠菜汆烫变色捞出;
  • 6.放入搅拌机中,加半碗热水,用搅拌机打成细泥,搅得越细越好;
  • 7.菠菜汁过筛;
  • 8.碗中加入糯米粉、粘米粉、食用油和过筛的菠菜汁(菠菜汁成热倒入面粉中)搅拌成絮;
  • 9.再揉成光滑的面团;
  • 10.将面团擀成长条;
  • 11.切成大小约25克的小剂子;
  • 12.取一个揉成团;
  • 13.再稍按扁;
  • 14.放入蛋黄肉松馅;
  • 15.用右手的虎口慢慢向上收口;收口向下揉成一个圆;
  • 16.这样青团就做好了;
  • 17.笼屉内刷一层油防粘,放上包好的团子;
  • 18.冷水上锅,大火蒸15分钟即可;
  • 19.蒸好的团子,趁热刷一层橄榄油,这样表皮不容易变硬;
  • 20.做好的青团趁热吃哦!
