草莓冰沙
天气一热就会想着做点冰品呀,其实最简单的办法就是把洗净的水果冻了用原汁机压成冰沙,超级好吃,关键100%水果!

Steps to make 草莓冰沙

  • 1.买回的新鲜草莓
  • 2.先冲洗干净,再用淡盐水浸泡10分钟,去蒂后再用冷开水或者纯净水冲净
  • 3.这是洗好的草莓
  • 4.取一个罐子加入适量的砂糖,先加少许温水把砂糖化开
  • 5.再加入少许纯净水后,把草莓浸泡在糖水里,水不要太多,刚浸没草莓就好
  • 6.把浸泡好的草莓捞出,放入保鲜袋里放入冰箱冷冻3小时以上,取出冷冻好的草莓
  • 7.把冻草莓一个一个从入口投进去,千万不要一大坨一起,机器容易卡住
  • 8.启动按钮,草莓冰沙从平时水果的出渣口里出来
  • 9.搅拌一下就可以享用了
  • 10.如果觉得不够甜,也可以淋上巧克力酱或者枫糖酱
